Once Mac Wizard Service receives your apple product, a complete diagnostic test will be performed. One of our Macintosh Certified Technicians will then contact you, with the results of the tests and discuss with you different options to get your apple product repaired. No repairs will be performed without your prior approval. At Mac Wizard Service, our complete diagnostic is free with any approved repair. However if you decide not to repair your apple product, there will be a $35 shipping and handling fee charged to your credit card account provided at check out. Most repairs are done within 24 hours. |
