If you know what repair service your apple product needs, select your mac model & choose the services that are right for you. If you are not sure what services or repairs you need, select our *Free Diagnostic service*. You may also contact us via our national toll free (866) 540-5437, will be glad to assist you.
Once Mac Wizard Service receives your apple product, a complete diagnostic test will be performed. One of our Macintosh Certified Technicians will then contact you with the results of the test and discuss with you different options to get your laptop repaired. No repairs will be performed without your prior approval.
At Mac Wizard Service, our complete diagnostic is free with any approved repair. However if you decide not to repair your laptop, there will be a $35 shipping and handling fee charged to your credit card account provided at check out.

*Free FedEx Ground Roundtrip Shipping
Mac Wizard Service offers Free FedEx roundtrip shipping to all of our customers, with any approved repair or upgrade service. This free service includes an electronic prepaid shipping label. This label will be sent to you via email or fax, once order is processed. You can then take your apple product to any local FedEx Kinko’s, to be boxed and shipped to us that same day, before 3:00 pm EST. Once repairs are completed, your apple product will be shipped back to you. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST could ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Average shipping time ranges from 2 to 5 business days each way. Next Day Roundtrip Shipping
Mac Wizard Service also offers FedEx Next Day round trip shipping for $75.00, with any approved repair. This overnight service includes an electronic prepaid shipping label. This label will be sent to you via email or fax, once order is processed. You can then take your apple product to any local FedEx Kinko’s, to be boxed and shipped to us that same day, before 3:00 pm EST. Once repairs are completed, your apple product will be shipped overnight express back to you. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time could ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping time is 1 business day each way to the continuous 48 states and 2 business days to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
