How do I schedule and appointment with a Mac Wizard?
You can do it right now. Click on our calendar icon. Then fill in the required information and choose a time that works for you. Please make sure to leave a detailed message so that our Wizard are prepared to answer any of your technical or repair questions.
How does it work?
At our wizard bar your welcome to ask any question that you may have during your appointment with your Mac wizard. Our diagnostic fee for any apple product is $65. Our consultation is complementary, yes FREE. All our Mac Wizard’s are highly trained professionals that are directly supervised by one of our apple certified and xsan certified technicians.
What do I do before my appointment?
If possible we always recommend our customers to back up their data before their appointment. Make notes of the issues you’re experiencing and write down all your questions.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your Mac, along with power adapter, battery, and any accessories. For an issue with an iPod or iPhone, bring the headphones, cable, dock, and power adapter as well as your iPod or iPhone.
Can I work while I wait for my repair?
Yes. Our Wizard bar is equipped with Mac computer stations, high speed Internet and printers for you to never miss a beat. You may set up skype conference calls or even bring your lunch. Minutes away from our Wizard bar we are surrounded by Subway, Ruby Tuesday, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and the greatest pizza in town Max Pizza. We also offer beverages and snacks.
